    Terms & Conditions

    1. Nature of the Service

    1.1 We provide a purchase assistance service only. We are not the manufacturer, seller, exporter of record, or carrier of any products.

    1.2 We act solely as an agent on behalf of the customer to purchase items in Japan according to the customer’s instructions.

    1.3 We do not guarantee product availability, condition, suitability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.

    2. Eligibility & Responsibility

    2.1 The customer confirms that they are legally permitted to purchase, import, and use the requested items in their country of residence.

    2.2 The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country.

    3. Order Confirmation

    3.1 An order is considered final and binding once the customer provides an explicit confirmation (e.g., replying "Confirmed") or completes payment.

    3.2 After confirmation, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to these Terms.

    4. Pricing & Payment

    4.1 All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

    4.2 Currency conversion from JPY to USD is calculated using our internal exchange rate, which may differ from market rates.

    4.3 The customer agrees to pay the full invoiced amount prior to purchase.

    4.4 Service fees are charged for acting on the customer’s behalf and are non-refundable once the purchase has been made.

    5. Price Limits

    5.1 The maximum product value is USD 100 per item.

    5.2 The maximum total product value per shipment is USD 1,000.

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    6.1 Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on availability and destination.

    6.2 Estimated shipping costs and delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided for reference only.

    6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

    7. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

    7.1 All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, inspection fees, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    7.2 We are not liable for:

    • Customs clearance delays

    • Import restrictions or prohibitions

    • Seizure, return, or destruction of items by customs authorities

    7.3 No refunds or compensation will be issued for items affected by customs actions.

    8. Inspection & Product Condition

    8.1 Our inspection is limited to external appearance and quantity only.

    8.2 We do not perform functional testing, quality checks, authenticity verification, or safety inspections unless explicitly agreed in writing.

    9. Refunds & Cancellations

    9.1 Before purchase, the customer may cancel a request and receive a full refund.

    9.2 After purchase, the product price is non-refundable, except where the store cancels the order or the item becomes unavailable.

    9.3 Shipping delays, customs issues, customer errors, or dissatisfaction with the product do not qualify for refunds.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

    10.2 Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the service fee actually paid by the customer.

    10.3 We shall not be liable for:

    • Loss or damage during shipping beyond carrier compensation

    • Product defects or safety issues

    • Health-related issues arising from use or consumption of products

    11. No Insurance Obligation

    11.1 We do not guarantee that shipments are insured unless explicitly stated.

    11.2 The customer acknowledges that any insurance coverage is subject to carrier or third-party insurer terms and limitations.

    12. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or changes in laws or shipping regulations.

    13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

    14. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply at the time of order confirmation.

    15. Acceptance

    By using this Service, submitting a request, confirming an order, or making a payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
